No Returns, Only Exchanges
We do not accept returns under any circumstances. However, we offer an exchange policy to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If your product meets the criteria for an exchange, we will gladly replace it with the same or a similar item.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange:
Products can only be exchanged under the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- Size exchanges: If the item does not fit, customers may request a size exchange within the 7-day window, provided the product meets the eligibility criteria outlined above. Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2. Process for Exchange:

- After your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions on how to return the original product for exchange.
3. Shipping Costs for Exchange:
Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the product for exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Policy
